Who we are

Vibery is a studio that runs this website, vibery.app. For anything in this notice, write to tony@vibery.app. Vibery decides how the data described here is used, so it is the controller of that data.

What the Value Map call form collects

When you ask for a Value Map call on the contact page, the form collects:

  • your name
  • your work email
  • your company
  • your role
  • the markets you work in
  • what started this (the trigger you pick)
  • an optional message

We use these details only to prepare the call and to reply to your request. We do not use them for a newsletter and there is no sign-up. We do not sell your data.

Why we may use it

Replying to a request you made is a step taken at your request before any contract. We may also rely on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. If you are in the EU or UK, these are the grounds we rely on.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Submissions are stored in the site's content system, which runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, D1 database and R2 storage). Cloudflare processes the data for us as our hosting provider. Each submission is also emailed to the Vibery team at tony@vibery.app. We do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

[retention period — owner to confirm]. After that period we delete the submission and any related email.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies for visitors and has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools installed. Cookies used by the site's content system (EmDash) are set only when an editor signs in to the admin area. The contact form does not set cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK you can also object to our use of it and ask us to restrict it. To make a request, email tony@vibery.app and we will reply within [response time — owner to confirm]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its date.
